This is a really good question actually. I was thinking about this for a while, gave up, and now i’m readdressing it.

So I think that:

a)I’m pretty sure it’s a no-crest-allowed sort of situation. Like you’re not allow ed to be waving your jacket in anyone else’s face. Waistcoats only. With undershirts, if you’re a square. BVS definitely just wears a waistcoat.

b) no one wears pants and everyone gets shitfaced.

c) there should be some kind of thing here if you wear a skirt what do you do. or maybe you also dont’ wear skirt and BVS’ party are one of the few places where you don’t have to pick a side in the situation.

sorry this is a crummy answer. it’s just that the pantless parties are so good already.
