When Greenhouses Alex and George are in boring meetings and doodling instead of taking notes, what do they draw?

G!Alex has two modes:

-If he’s looking to be actively disrespectful of the speaker, he will loudly scrich his pen on his paper in just random swiggles. The point is not, in fact, to create a thing. The point is just to know that he is doodling because you’re boring.

-If Washington was super firm on expressing that you at least have to PRETEND to pay attention, then instead of doodling, he will write a letter to someone. Or maybe work out some particular policy that he was thinking about. or maybe present an ACCURATE history of particular event, of which all the books are filled with shit about.

-Washington usually sketches out architecture additions to his grounds. Another greenhouse, maybe. Additional quarters for his servants. An expansion to his stable. Improving the boundary wall. A better cabinet for his ceremonial swords. Sometimes flowers too, but not usually.
