whoops, just saw you already wrote them waking up together in another post earlier today! so sorry. alternatively - do they ever have busy mornings in greenhouses verse?

mount vernon is a very self-directed place to me (as lead by it’s head, who is a self-directed sort of man). so i imagine there could be busy mornings, but washington, who is a man of routine who would have run the same schedule every day if he was allowed. he is sometimes interrupted by council meetings, balls, and his husband, the last of which are surprisingly entertaining diversions. but at the social strata washington exists at, busy is only a thing if you choose to be busy.

i don’t know if this is a real answer to your question. it’s a weird head day.
