glassdoor reports of george washington, ceo, as a boss:

• all things considered, you could really do much worse. the compensation at that level is always very fair, and it includes twice-yearly performance reviews and regular raises.
• he’s direct and clear about the things he’s both seen improvement in, and expects to see improvement in.
• please note, your ass will be fired if you don’t improve.
• not a single bullshit artist has ever survived.
• if you bring up complaints regarding the company to him, he reviews them or sends someone to review your situation pretty promptly.

• Please ignore how it always feels like he’s about to fire you when you go into his office.
• He hates when people look cowed or intimidated. Don’t do this.
• It’s hard to tell if he’s sincere in his complements, but he probably is. However, it doesn’t really seem like he’s the kind of guy who was designed give praise.
• Sometimes the lights do weird things. I don’t know either. Just ignore it.
• His EA is kind of a dick. Ignore him.
