are there any non-sexual, non-work related ways that alex devises to wind GW up? like getting him food that's just OKAY instead of perfect or getting them seats on the plane where GW doesn't like it or something

this completely doesn’t work and i bet it actually completely backfires on hamilton the first time he tries it. because washington would be like “did you have my steak overcooked on purpose or do i need you to yell at that chef?” and alex would be like “Maybe i need to be punished?” and washington would be like “you fucked up my dinner for your sex drive. are you stupid? you can eat this steak and you can order me a new one, and you can learn to keep in your pants. you let your dick get in the way of my dinner. if you would like to be a prostitute, you can have richards be your boss, not me.”

(alex was probably in sex work for some short amount of time before he realized how shitty it is in comparison to The Conquest.)

i imagine that once washington realizes that alex has this sex power over him, he doesn’t like it. he tries to not give in to alex’s sex prowess, but for one reason or another, he just falls for it. so he tries to flip this power, and hold sex as a reward/punishment for alex, which of course only further entangles his business/pleasure life, which is the opposite of what he was originally trying to accomplish.

like, they were going to fuck, but alex’s presentation didn’t go that well, so washington doesn’t buzz him into his apartment. or alex gives him a particularly comprehensive briefing about some other person who does exactly what washington wants based on the information alex provides, and then washington rewards alex by fucking him over his desk within an inch of his life.

of course, this inspires alex to work harder for him (which benefits him) and they have a lot more sex (which benefits alex). so it all works out in the end, besides the part where he is still a complete victim to alex’s sex charms.
